Go Green and make the Earth better for the future generations!

The students of Grades III to V of DPS, GBN celebrated ‘The World Earth Day’ by taking part in various activities in order to sensitize the children about the conservation of natural resources and to motivate them to do their bit towards making their planet even more beautiful. Various activities were conducted like plantation drive, craft activities etc. These activities were a perfect amalgamating creativity and cognizance. A rally was organized to promote sustainable goals and make students aware about it. The corridors echoed with motivational slogans and the students made banners and posters, which added to the charm.  Students also enjoyed a nukkad natak, which was an extraordinary experience for all. Ms. Reva Nayyar, Member, SMC, DPS, GBN and Mr. Vineet Nayyar, Pro Vice Chairman, DPS, GBN inaugurated a Herb Garden, ‘Harit Vatika’, which is a proud addition for the School. The students spoke about different herbs and explained their importance. These activities encouraged the youngsters to save, love and respect Mother Nature with all their heart and soul.
