K1 Little Rhymer's Show Competition

"A poem is a spider web, spun with words of wonder and magic."– Charles Ghigna

In line with the National Education Policy (NEP) focus on holistic development and art-integrated learning, Grade K1 students participated in the English Rhyme Recitation Competition ‘Little Rhymer’s Show’ on August 20 and 22, 2025. The event aimed to enhance foundational literacy, linguistic skills, and 21st-century competencies such as confidence, creativity, and communication. Our students were dressed as their favourite characters, animals, and objects etc., to give live performances on the stage. Our little ones charmed everyone with expressive performances, imaginative props, and lively delivery. This experiential learning activity not only helped them overcome stage fright but also nurtured creative thinking and performing arts skills. They enjoyed exploring the beauty of ideas, emotions, expressions, and the rhythm of rhyme. More than a competition, it was a celebration of creativity and thinking beyond the ordinary.
