Re-emphasizing its continued commitment to excellence through inclusion and innovation, DPS GBN celebrated its 11th Founder’s Day from November 29 to December 1, 2025, at the Tagore Auditorium in the school premises. The presence of our benefactor and Guiding light - Ms Reva Nayyar, and other luminaries, including Mrs Manmeet Kaur Nanda (Additional Secretary, Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities, Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of India), Mr Ramveer Tanwar (India’s Pondman), Dr Sanjay Singh (HOD, Fashion Management Studies, NIFT New Delhi), Ms Sonam Malik (Wrestler, Bronze medallist, Asian Games), RJ Sarthak, Mr Vikramjeet (Author and Heritage activist) and our esteemed SMC members made the event even more memorable. The highlight of the event was a series of scintillating musical and theatrical performances woven around the theme ‘उद् गम से उन्नति तक...Rivers – The Saga of our Lifelines’, recounting the journey of Indian civilization from its humble origins to majestic present, as seen through the eyes of our rivers. The flawless performances narrated the sentiment in the most invigorating fashion that accentuated the inseparable position the rivers have in our way of life. Individual performances were artistically and seamlessly integrated to perfection through fusion of the choir, band, theatre and dance. The event culminated with a heartfelt Vote of Thanks.
